We booked a family suite which had two attached rooms and two separate toilets. Super convenient since we were travelling with kids. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel location was a few minutes walk from aya sofia, blue mosque and close to grand bazar and Egyptian bazar. The breakfast was a big spread daily, had plenty of healthy and yummy options and was the meal I enjoyed the most every day. The kitchen staff promptly provided support, replenished food and cleared tables. We even had breakfast before time when we had to go for cruise. We also tried several good restaurants which are literally in the same street as the hotel. Aya Sofia area has some great street food which the kids loved and we could do that daily since it was so close. The area is full of tourists and i loved seeing them going up and down from the hotel window. All in all, we loved our stay at the hotel and look forward to another visit some day.

Excellent location , Friendly and helpful Staff ,especially Mr Ramazan from reception that give us good advise and help us to plan our visit in Istanbul daily. We booked 2 different tours with the hotel and we was happy with. Dinner tour on boat and Nature adventure (fair prices Too). Rooms are clean , Good breakfast. Really Good Value for money , we stayed 9 days in 2 connected rooms . Family Safe area and Location ! Can't complain and would recommend to everyone !! Thank You

Very comfortable Superior Single room, with coffee / tee facilities, a balcony facing a quiet backyard with trees, nice bathroom too. The heating worked perfect. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was abundant and delicious, with some new traditional dishes everyday. Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are literally around the corner. The tram line 1 is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the harbour 15 minutes.

Excellent location and value for money. Was very clean upon arrival and the hotel staff, specially Çağri was really helpful with any information or help that i asked for. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient, cleaned the room almost every day with fresh towels and stuff. They also had airport transfer facilities that you could hire, but i didnt use that as i had my own arrangements. They even suggested cheap off-season tourism stuff.

The hotel is near to Hagia Sophia, 3minutes by walk but any other point of the city can be reached in 20-25minutes by walk. The breakfast was good, many different possibilities. Staffs are helpful and speaks english very well. The bed is quite good, climate works properly. The view from the room was not so nice but silent as it is can be in the centrum, so based on the location you can have better view or silent room, this was the 2nd.
