The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Sergey and Hasan, who made my visit even more memorable. Sergey was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any request, while Hasan’s warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely and clean, no frills hotel, at an excellent location, excellent price, near the Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern in Istanbul. The manager was very helpful with advice on sites to visit and shopping. The hotel has an excellent transport service that picked us up from the cruise terminal, and dropped us off at the airport. Everything else was in walking distance.

The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the tram station, and about 10 minutes on foot to Eminönü and the Egyptian Bazaar. The area is quiet, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is kind, helpful, and always attentive. They can also arrange excursions, airport transfers, or even a Bosphorus cruise for you. The room wasn’t very big, but it was perfectly adequate for a couple with a baby. They even provided a baby crib probably brand new which they purchased after we requested one when booking. All in all, excellent value for money!

They treat me well and did not feel any racism as I heard about Turkey. Early check-in. The room was cleaned very well every day without asking. Room size compared to what is available in Turkey. Location is perfect, near to everything.

Location was absolutely the best. Just off Sultanahmet into a quiter street . Staff who were ready to guide you correctly to the right restaurant, mode of transport, arranging transfer, even sending a staff along for my safety when i needed to withdraw cash from an ATM ! Breakfast set in a little corner but had an amazing Turkish breakfast spread that you would have in a fine restaurant !
